Reminder:  

The Beginner class is on Tuesday morning. This class is

composed of absolute beginner (AB), easy beginner (EZ) 

and beginner level dances. If you feel a dance is too difficult,

feel free to take a break and watch. If you need to adapt a 

dance due to knee +/or hip problems ask me for ideas.

If you get dizzy on turns, ask Barbara or myself for ways

to adapt. Or dance near Barbara; she is an expert in ways to 

modify turns.

The Line Dance Plus class is on Friday morning. It is a

combination of beginner, high beginner (HB) and improver

level dances. Everyone is welcome, however keep in mind 

it is line dance plus. All dances are at a higher level than 

Tuesday's dances and are taught as such. This class was 

started to provide a challenge to dancers with experience 

who were a bit bored and for those who pick it up quickly.
